I did note a few duplications of questions throughout my testing and noted this at the time.

Then, as now, we stand by our position that there were remedies available but because this customer failed to act upon any of the requirements, was was ineligible for any refund and/or upgrade of the product. The Boson exams seem to have this balance correct as my practice exam results were lower than the real world results by approximately 5-8 (mental number dredging here). We have, of course, communicated all of this information to the customer via the payment/chargeback system. Additionally, the customer could have originally purchased an upgradable combination as specified in our Upgrade Policy to be eligible to upgrade to a replacement product, but again elected not to take this step. Further, the customer could have taken the vendor exam and, if failed, could have claimed a refund through our No Pass *** Pay Guarantee, also fully described on our Web page. In fact, Boson had many customers urgently purchase our product(s) just so they could sit for the vendor exam prior to discontinuation. The customer had several weeks in which to study for and sit for the vendor exam and failure to do so was not the fault of Boson. The vendor, ***, had already announced they were accepting exam submissions through February 23, 2020. This customer elected to purchase a particular practice exam on January 19, 2020. However, I highly recommend the notes and test questions.

Individual customers received targeted e-mail messages about the upgrades. Having just dowloaded some free CCNA test questions from the how2pass site, my opinion is that the questions are very poorly constructed and bear little resemblance to the structure of questions used in the CCNA exam. These policies included free upgrades with specific purchases required to be eligible.
As a result of ***'s announced changes, on JBoson published on our Web page our own Upgrade Policies to be effective June 1, 2019. Usually, customers who are interested in pursuing a vendor certification have studied the vendor Web pages to understand prerequisites and other necessary information prior to sitting for an exam. Anyone who had a quick follow-up have a quick opinion/review of the Boson 'Practice Labs'' The Labs are a few more bucks, but I am interested in hearing from anyone that has purchased BOTH the Exams AND the practice labs for CISSP.maybe as a bundle if it was a good deal. In the spring of 2019, *** announced a major change to their certification program to be effective February 24, 2020. Boson has been a great resource for years for the progression of CISSP test taking. I did the 1000 questions, easier than the exam, but extremely helpful for reviewing concepts. I found it helpful but (maybe) some chapters too high-level.
A book is nice to have to flip through the pages and to highlight things but to add to my earlier review on this book: 1) this book would repeat itself several times. My thoughts on those materials are: The book is easy to read, not too deep.

Boson Software specifically develops products to help customers prepare for certification exams provided by IT vendors such as ***. What helped me prepare for the exam, as mentioned earlier in my review, were the boson exams and Larry Greenblatts videos.
